My Uncle is a avid civil war buff he goes to all the camps and is currently on his way to South Dakota to the little big horn but ....and this is a big butt he smokes cigars it takes alot to keep cigars nice in the middle of a feild in July-Aug. he is thinking about going to a pipe all of my looking so far(which is brief) is most of the pipes of the era were clay can anybody help me with info or pics of pipes of that era (1861-65-80 due to plains war) so I can make him a period correct pipe any input would be helpfull
