Here is a Lablond near St. Louis. I don't know anything about them, but know the pricing is usually much more for lathes with this name.

Gear door missing, compound missing, a few handles missing, new paint on a machine that old and a price that low makes me suspicious. But a great, solid machine well worth a look. Wouldn't buy it based on the pictures, but if I were an hour away I'd go look. The Logan in the other post looks like a candidate. 10 inch Logan not as nice as the 11 inch, but perfectly serviceable, and looks like you'd get a ton of tools and kit with it. Private machine, not beat to death on a factory floor. Depends on price and how much of the tooling you get. Breaking point would be around $800 for me. More tools, I'd pay more. Just the lathe, I'd pay less.
