To begin with, anyone will tell you it is difficult to get a good impression with a round stamp.
So I told Paul at A&M Steel Stamps, "I want a round stamp. Go figure?" ..So, you guessed it. I can't get a consistently good impression by hand. "The stamp has a 1/4" round shank which can be chucked in a drill press," Paul at A&M said. ...Plenty of pressure to get a good stamp, but still, there was a problem. See my web page for details and the solution... Stamps great, deep as you like it (every time, so far, fingers crossed).
