P0612 – Dragon Hammer
made from Prunus Mahaleb (St.Lucie Cherry)... last piece of this rare and extremely nice wood to work with and smoke from... hope i will find more but i seriously doubt it...

What are all the materials?
Olive bowl, looks like? Blood wood extension? What's the black in the shank, vulcanite?
Whatever all of it is, it looks great together. I usually don't like a lot of disparate materials...it usually looks way too busy. This looks great, and with very nice facets.

the bowl is made from Prunus Mahaleb or St.Lucie cherry wood (more informations about it on web)... very hard and good wood ....
the red wood is Padauk wood
and the black material is black acrylic... ....

Beautiful work.
Still, I'll just go ahead and say it - if these were on briar, I think they'll be even better. I would use the other woods just for inlays or things like that. But that's just my humble opinion.
