Hello pipemakers... :)
one question - how much we can bend an acrylic rods (lets say 20mm in dia) before this becomes a problem (fear from breaking the rod).... i am looking for more than 90 degrees bending...??
can it be done without a problem - has anyone tried it with allready drilled rod and not to loose the drilling?????

I've never tried to bend past 90 degrees, but I don't see why it would be a problem.

It would be a good idea to put a pipe cleaner in the stem before doing so to help keep the hole open.

Let us know how it works out.

I would think that if you heated it slowly and evenly it would bend to whatever degree you wanted. You might have to stretch while bending to keep it from wrinkling on the bend side if the bend is severe enough.
