Good afternoon,
First of all let me present myself to the users of this great forum.
My name is Bruno Robalo, i am 36 years old and i am from Portugal. I am new to this Pipe Creation World and until now i am loving it.
I was wondering if more experienced pipe makers could help me with this matter. A friend of mine is selling a Mini Metal Lathe like this one:

And i was wondering if i can use it for something related to pipe making.
My main doubt comes from the diameter of the blocks in can insert in this lathe.
Could i please get some advise? Thank you in advance.
Regards
Bruno

Re: Mini Metal Lathe - Help
You could use it for stem work, but not for stummel work. It is too small for briar blocks.

Bem Vindo Bruno.
There is another member here from Lisbon by the name of Vasco.
He doesnt post a lot, but looks like he just checked in a few days ago. Perhaps if you are near Lisbon, you two can talk.

Most of your work makes me speechless. But I check the pretty pics almost every day.Edward wrote:Bem Vindo Bruno.
