Hey guys!

I'm really excited to announce a new Pipe Shape Chart/Guide that we are releasing at The Pipe Guys which I hope you will all love as much as we do. We put a lot of time and effort into it, and made it using information and opinions gathered from right here on the forum, so it's as much your work as ours.

We're releasing it on Tuesday evening this week. Check out the preview http://thepipeguys.com/a-pipe-shape-gui ... #more-1231!

Thanks,

Philip Marc

Yes we're aware of the IE problem  Unfortunately it's quite complicated to fix for people who aren't skilled programmers; we're considering some new theme options and other solutions. Thanks for the feedback!

Does anyone even use IE anymore? Hell, with all its vulnerabilities, I thought most had migrated away from it long ago!

According to my web stats, about 50% of the traffic to my site uses IE, the other 50% is a combination of other browsers.

The apple and the author have the same description.

Other than the fact that there are Italian pipes on your chart, it's great! Of course, that is a fatal flaw. ;)

Rad,

We're working on fixing the Author issue! Sorry about that one.

Ernie,

Our first draft of the chart was pretty much ALL Danish and American, and rightfully so, but we had so many duplicate makers we decided to add in some variety. At the risk of sounding like I have an opinion  (oh this postmodern world of ours) I don't like Italian pipes either.

The Apple/Author error has been fixed. The Author now has its proper description. Sorry about that!

That's surprising to me. Wow, 50% relying on IE to protect them from the malware/viruses of the web!

Postmodernism, Schmostmodernism. It's an inconsistent philosophy anyway.

Opinions are fine as long as they don't run contrary to mine. :)

Thanks Rev! It's just been amended. We really do appreciate everyone pointing out the little details that need attending to. Read thrice post once is our motto, but when you have said every pipe shape name over in your head 568 times each in the last 3 weeks, they all start to sound the same

Still we will do what we need to do to ensure these little things are caught in the future!

It looks good. I imagine that was a lot if work. One note: you misspelled Pete Prevost.
