Another beauty. I thought the ring was on the stem, but I see in a later picture it's actually on the bamboo shank. How do you get a ring on bamboo? I've never used bamboo, but after seeing all your pipes, you're giving me the bamboo itch. One of these days I'm going to have to scratch it. LOL

I'd call this a cherrywood instead of a freehand dublin, but other than that, a lovely pipe. I've been seeing more and more bamboo work lately and it looks hard

The stummel and bamboo work are great, but I'm less of a fan of the ring on the bamboo and the button on the stem, it looks a bit out oversized to me...

Very pretty. My only critique is that she's a little green.

Except for the end ring ad the colour, I really dig the shape!

Thanks, you should scratch the itch, it is fun... lol

I use lathe to turn the bamboo and the ring, then glue them together. :D

or I can call it sitter. :D

If you put the pipe in your hand, the ring and stem looks better than in the photos.

This one stopped me in my tracks. I like the shape and the color of the bamboo and ring actually really appeal to me after multiple viewings.
