Somehow this gem has slipped through the cracks of this otherwise enlightened thread. I'm with Sas, I much prefer a copy of a copy of a copy of an Italian basket pipe. Sas opened my eyes to that value of that school of pipe making years ago.

Like that Tom Hanks movie with the giant dog... can't recall the name.

At least furniture, stereos, and carpeting can be replaced. Rotted brains, not so much. (With Squatchy, it's glue, I think. UHM is obviously on crack)

Wait, this isn't the crack pipe forum? ... That explains so little.

How was the trip to Grant's rev? Making better pipes than Ernie, yet? I mean, it's not like that was hard to begin with...

Well I was very disappointed, Jody Davis is in Nashville and he is a recognized master pipe carver I have no idea why he wasn't teaching the class. If pipe making classes are going in the direction of tormented blowfish and droopy pokers then I might just have to never go there again.

As for Ernie, Ernie makes a very good pipe...

True that. Just don't tell him. There's no telling how big his ego would get.
