Does anyone know if the little black, white and sometimes cumberland disks used on stem treatments canbe purchased? Also where do you purchase the exotic woods to use on the stems. Any help appreciated.

Stem inlay rings are cut from rod-stock. They're too individual to each pipe to be commercially available. If you have a lathe, they're made by drilling a hole in the rod-stock and using a cut-off-tool to slice thin rings from the end. Once you've cut one ring, face the rod-stock again and cut another one.
