Regards to all....
i have a question that is bothering me for some time.....
for now - i was using UHU endfest 300 two components epoxy glue to connect everything... i tried UHU schnellfest also and it seems good to me - maybe even better than Endfest 300 even if it is not that strong....
i would like to know - WHAT GLUES DO YOU USE FOR ACRYLIC AND WOOD ... especially from guys from Europe (types, brands etc would be nice to know)...
thank you and best regards,
daniel
Glue question
Re: Glue question
I glue everything with 2 component epoxy glue by Bison. It's called "Bison Kombi Turbo" :

Re: Glue question
Hi Daniel,
I use "Pattex Kraft-Mix extrem fest" : http://www.pattex.de/do-it-yourself-mit ... -fest.html
Quite similar to that Uhu schnellfest stuff, I guess ... works for me.

Re: Glue question
thanks guys.....
it seems to me that i really don't need UHU endfest 300... it seems that it is better to use that schnellfest - fast epoxy - it is more liquid that endfest and in those terms it should penetrate the small gaps better....
... any other types ??
best, daniel

Re: Glue question
I use this stuff here for all non-delrin operations. I've never had a problem with it, and the package says it's food safe when cured. If someone asks, it's nice to be able to say, "I use a food safe epoxy".

This is what I use for delrin tenons. Manufacturer specificly lists for use with delrin. Stuff works great. Just be sure to score the Delrin, as with any bonder used on delrin.
