I see a bit of waviness to the shank, especially on the side view. The stem needs a bit of slimming and the cheeks more defined.

Noted! I read somewhere there should actually be a slight taper of the shank for optical reasons. That might have helped, because you're right, it does look a bit wavy.
I need to get better at stems alltogether, they all look a bit fat to me nowadays. Haven't noticed before.
