Olives and some briar pipes.
After a lot of experiments I learned how olive reacts ,i cut them,dry them ,cure them etc...
I smoke almost only this pipes and I enjoy carve this wood.

I've never seen olive wood stained before. Or rusticated, for that matter. If you're looking for the next step, the buttons on especially the first pipe could be a lot more comfortable. You've got a bulging bite zone. If you flatten out the bite zone with a smaller radius near the sides, you'll have a more comfortable bite.

As cook I love experiments and because I own a lot of olive " plateus " I tried a lot of ...

You are right with the bit zone I work on that

Very interesting shapes! I haven't seen a rusticated stem before. That's neat, I want to try it. I know that olive wood retains it's olive scent after many years. Does the wood also retain an olive flavor?

Olive is a very coblicated wood...But is a great material and a very good smoker.
After 10 smokes loose this beautiful taste and smoke simular to briar.
I carved and smoke over 100 of them ,that's why I prefer to carve them thick walled and use a ring .
