Find the nearest shoe repair shop. I don't think I have ever been in one that didn't carry a selection of Feibings dyes. The local one here in Denton TX carries about a dozen colors. Failing to find a shoe repair try a local leather shop, either hobby or harness/saddle etc. Hobby stores like Hobby Lobby or Michaels usually carry it also.
