OK, I admit, I know practically nothing about tobacco blends. Is anyone able to explain to me the difference between Burley and Cavendish?
The reason I ask, is that I received a sample of Black Raspberry Cavendish with my regular tobacco order (I suspect it will taste like smoking a bowl of Fruit Loops, but what the heck, it's free).
Cavendish/Burley Difference?
Cavendish/Burley Difference?

Frank.

Hi Frank,
Cavendish is not really a type of tobacco, it's more a curing method. Fermentation under heat and pressure, for up to several weeks. It's mostly made of Virgina tobacco. Check this: http://members.bellatlantic.net/~vze43wza/types.html
