Winter's coming...

I use alcohol-based analine stains. I was wondering if I should be leaving them out in the soon-to-be very cold garage. Is there anything I should be doing to get ready for the hard cold before it gets here?

I reckon the stains will be fine... solvent based stuff (urethanes, alcohols, acetone, lacquer and thinners) won't freeze unless your shop is about -100, and if it is, the world has ended.
