Greg Pease has outdone himself with this one. I just got a tin last night and smoked my first bowl...quite a pleasant change of pace! The blend is really complex; Virginias dominate, but the orientals add a multi-layered spiciness that is complimented nicely by the hint of Latakia. It doesn't smoke like a Lat at all, in that I didn't feel like I had been smoking next to a campfire all night.
If anyoe is looking for a new blend for the fall, I highly recommend this one. Quite lovely. Between this and the McClleland 3 oaks Syrian blend, I have found a whole new group of fun blends to keep me busy this fall.
