Buffing speeds

Post by BigCasino »

right now I have two buffing motors that run at two speeds 1450 or 3600 I think I am using 6" buffing wheels at 1450 some day I want to switch to the beal system, would there be a need to change the buffing speed? and if so what speed should I be shooting for?

I'd say you should get the 8" beall wheels(max compound to appropriate wheel etc.) and run at 1400.
