I agree. I love nearly all of the pipes posted here, especially the last one. Also, your golden contrast stain shown on some of these is really first rate.
Best regards,

Now that's a drilling adventure! Did you flatten or press the bamboo somehow to drill it? I have some bamboo with natural bends even in short length. I've drilled some bamboo extensions knowing the draft hole is not centered in the bamboo diameter in middle of the length. I've also tried "flattening" the bamboo in cushioned tower jaws on my chuck with mixed results. I'm not asking you to divulge any secrets unless you want to, I'm just impressed and curious.

Hello. There is no here a secret:). The bamboo was a straight line, I about the beginning have drilled it and have then bent above a saucepan about the ferry and everything, was not present there is nothing complex:)

It was a straight piece of bamboo. He drilled it, and then bent it. I think....

Above a saucepan... he used steam. The technique is extensively documented on websites for people who work with Bamboo.

Yes all is correct, here 2 photos what it was a straight line and as I bent it, held over a pan about steam and slowly pulled a wire.
