Its a video chat "hangout" through Google Plus/Gmail.

It's just a video conference. We can get a number of people together and see each other.

I think you can do it through their electronic mail addie, but there must be another way. For example, I usually chat with Toddy Man, but don't have his email.

Yeah, I was wondering where you were. We were all there, and it was a great time. Lars, Jess and Toku all joined and gave us their secrets. We even had someone channel Bo, just so we could have a smoke with him. You really, REALLY missed out.

What do I look like? Tech support??? Let's do this - if anyone's interested, post your gmail info. I think email address is best, but if you don't want to put that here, just post your user name. Then it basically works like Google: just type the person's name in at the search bar (top, center), and it will, uhh, search for them. Then just click the red button that says "add to circles." G+ is kind of a cross between FB and twitter in that you don't friend people, you basically subscribe to their feed. So you'll need to make sure that happens on both sides, for people to see/follow you. Anyway, once that's done, you'll see the invites come through on your page - can't miss them.

9 PM ET is 6 PM my time, and the kids don't go down until 7. If you want to shoot for Friday night, someone can get it going, and I can join around 10:15 ET if that works.
