Literal dimensions/specifications for classic shapes?

Hi all, is there a set of actual dimensions or specs for which classic pipe designs need to be shaped? Is there a reference somewhere? I am looking for basic rules to follow for each shape that outlines the major factors of that shape...
Something like :
For a billiard (fake specs to follow):
3-5 degree cant
shank length should be equal to the height of the bowl
etc etc...
Also, does anybody on here have any templates/stencils that you would be willing to share?
