Myrtle Wood

Say Guys,
A customer/pipebuddy of mine just gave me a piece of Myrtle wood he got off the in-law's place in Coo's Bay. He's made a couple pipes from Myrtle and says they smoke well for him. Graining is very similar to Olive wood. I think I'm going to make a pipe and sell it as a novelty item at a reasonable price in Chicago. The block is large enough that I might get two, in which case I'll give it a road test! Any feedback on this particular wood? :dunno:
