I placed orders with both companies about a month ago and haven't received the products. All emails to them have gone unanswered.

I have ordered from them and have had very good experiences. Try calling. Sometimes email gets lost in spam hell.

I did call Vegas Smokes and left a message twice with no response. I couldn't find a phone number for the pipevideos.com. If you happen to have one please post.

I actually think it's the same organization. I do know it's a small operation. Maybe he's on vacation. I'll check to see if I have another number.

I've heard some bad things about Vegas Smokes.

Just a quick update... I received my shipment from Vegas Smokes
but no word on the http://www.pipevideos.com DVD.

Good morning to everyone.

A final word on my previous post. I finally received the pipevideos order. It seems both companies are owned and run by the same person. I wanted to let everyone know that, although they are very slow shippers, these two companies seem to be legit.
