Hi, my name is Bill and I go by Billiard online, some of you may have seen me on other pipe related forums. I just wanted to introduce myself.
I have been smoking pipes for a long time now. Not too long ago I started customizing some of my corn cob pipes and one thing led to another and I got a bit carried away and have made quite a few custom cobs from MM bowls, cherry wood pokers, and a handful of other woods from blocks including a few briar. Fwiw, all of my briars have been billiards so far and I still will be focused on them for some time. I’m now doing my own drillings, vulcanite stems from rods, acrylic I still start with stem blanks, etc.
I have been lurking a long time, have learned a lot, and I still have much to learn and many skills to develop. Down the road I hope to have a few pipes to share and get some constructive criticism about, as it is right now I can still readily see all the flaws myself though
Thanks for having me,
Billiard

Bill-iard, classic... the perfect shape to perfect. Once you can't see your faults, folks around here love to help with refining the billiard.
