All Your Pipe Are Belong to Us!

I turned my first pipe in a 2-jaw chuck today, and holy cow is this an upgrade!

I got the Oneway Talon with Profiled Tower jaws, just as Kurt recommended, and it is FABULOUS!

This is immediately a "how the hell did I get along without this" sort of tool.

I bought the empty chuck, the arbor to hook it to the spindle, and the tower jaws

Can you get tower jaws for a Nove2 chuck, And if so does anyone have a recommendation as to where to get them? I have the chuck already.

You can order 'em right from teknatool - I'm not sure if those exact jaws are what you want but they have a wide range.

That is the single most useable multipurpose bad translation geek-chic phrase that ever has or ever will exist.

All Your ______ Are Belong to US! takes the edge off of many conversations.

And it's hillarious to see who the other real geeks are in the room. As soon as it tumbles past your lips, the reaction of other geeks is priceless! Even geeks not actually part of the conversation will react to it. It's like we've got "all your base" radar.

I used to play chess with a guy who said "All Your Pawn Are Belong to US!" before every game, and the reaction of other players is priceless. Guys who didn't get it began thinking about the nut they are playing against, and guys who do get it find it really funny and it kinda blows their pre-game mental state.
