Blending References?
Blending References?
I have fiddled with blends a bit (added a bit more Perique to some Virginia blends, a bit of blending Orientals, etc.), but I have never really tried to create a blend from "scratch". A number of suppliers sell blending Perique, Latakia, Orientals, Burley, etc. The question is: Is there a good starting reference for blending proportions / blend recipes. I realize that there is a great deal of trade-secret material that is never published, but I was wondering if there is a basic blending cook-book for a blending neophyte? Thanks, chaps!

Probably need to find the tab that says "image rotation" towards the top, and change the images clockwise.
