Almost a Billiard

I had few hours into this pipe when two large deep cracks opened up. No way to salvage it. The grain was beautiful, this billiard would have been a nice pipe. It transitioned into a fastball, straight into the basement floor......yes I have a temper. I'm through with ebay briar.

Bad briar just takes all the joy out of pipes. I had a run of bad stuff and I was getting really pissed. Got some better stuff out of two different vendors, and suddenly I like making pipes again.

Something has to change, I'm tired of spending hard earned money for P.O.S. briar.
