Now that is a good looking pipe.
I don't seem to recall you using bamboo before. Is this a first?

This is about the 4th bamboo I have made. A couple are posted on my site. This is the most detailed though. Also is the nicest stem I have made IMO

That is a really pretty pipe. I appreciate the photo showing the tenon/mortise design.

25 Grams! Wow! The mouthpiece looks very nice--very nicely detailed. The only thing I would criticize is the diameter of the trim ring--to my eye, it doesn't match the rest of the pipe. (I know, I know--quite a comment from a guy who attached a wedding band to one of this pipes)...

John-
Are you using a delrin or vulcanite mortise lining in the end of the bamboo that accepts the stem?
Beautiful pipe by the way! Very nice looking, very classy as usual! Awesome job.

That is delrin, not the entire length of the tenon. Just a bit of it to make sure it does not come loose. I did it in such a way that it still works out that the diameter of the airway is constant

Enough about that being a nice pipe and all, MAN is that a chunk of briar behind it!!
Can I have it? (The block, not the pipe...)
