Does anybody know if there is a US equiv to Evo-Stik?
Evo-Stik - US equiv.
I think Jack is correct. I haven't used Weldbond in awhile, but it works well. It dries to a clear transparent finish. For some reason it never occured to me to use it purely as a wood glue. For that I primarily use Titebond II or the moisture activated "Gorilla" type glues.
Regards,
Frank.

I don't really care one way or the other, but I base my guess on:
1. The dried residue at the tip of the bottle is whitish/clear. If it were Titebond II it would be yellow, if it were Titebond III it would be light brown.
2. Titebond glues, I, II, or III, are aliphatic resin. I thought perhaps "Resin W" might be a clue.
Of course, Titebond colors are doubtless added, and there's no reason why a European version couldn't be white, or whatever. Perhaps buy a bottle of each and see which you like best, in which case it hardly matters what the fellow who sent you the photo uses. Or you can get more info from the sender of the photo. What color is it? Who makes it (parent company)?
