The stuff I've seen has ben 12mm, which is too small for stems. You need at least 16mm.

I can't remember where or when, but I think someone reported back to this forum that the quality isn't that great. For what it's worth, my research shows it's probably made in India. Still, for $4 it's worth experimenting with.
