Ditto! Among the things I’m thankful for is this forum and the big boys who take their valuable time to help us beginners to become better pipe makers (sometimes over and over again), and Kurt who spends his time managing this site, and Tyler for starting it in the first place, the members I met at the show in Vegas who helped me greatly. Of course to God who makes all things possible.
Artisans never finish their work – they merely abandon it.
Ideally, they abandon it at that point, where they are not sure if change, will improve or diminish it.

I shoved it underneath all that and buried it. Good times.
What?????? I grew up in MI and never saw anyone cook a turkey like that? How did it turn out? Was the turkey in anything or just meat against coals? I'm totally confused...and intrigued
It's a luau, right, but Beatus can't afford a whole pig, and isn't strong enough to bury one in the first place. So he buys a canned ham or a boneless turkey breast, and wraps it in foil (Saran Wrap the first time, but that tasted too much like Prince Albert when it came out).
