I have to agree with the above post. These are more like nosewarmers than "chubby" billiards. I do think the tobacco chamber walls are a little too thin on these. If they were significantly thicker, it would also help to balance out the proportions of the pipes overall. Being that the bowls are so low in profile, I think it makes the shanks and stems look too long, when in fact they are probably just right.

They are appealing pipes but I'd have to agree that they would work better if the bowl were as boldly chubby as the shank. I also like the extension and stem design.

I agree. Chubby should mean chubby in all aspects, both bowl and shank. You have produced three chubby, (over sized shanks), with normal sized bowls. As such, they look completely out of proportion and shank heavy. bob gilbert

Thanks for your replies, and sharing your thoughts with me.
I have noticed the issue (not chubby enough) when i turned the bowl. there were just not enough briar there. :shock:
Maybe I need to change the name to 'Billiard'. :D

What you need to do is practice ordinary billiards, master their shaping and composition, and then come back and try this idea again, and suddenly they'll really work.
