That's what I was thinking of! That was funny as hell. Wasn't that done by a group (including TJ) and given as a marriage present?Tyler wrote:That, fwiw, isn't a pipe.
You'll notice multiple stamps on the um, object to the left. That was a group effort.
No, If I had wrote that song you could Line Dance to it.andrew wrote:Alden is pretty talented

I realized my mistake after posting but did not correct it because I forgot that spelling and grammar mistakes were symptomatic of criminal behavior and the decline of western civilization, or some such horribleness. Here I was, thinking an error in a brief post on a pipe making forum might get a pass from snarky criticism because it's about pipe making, not grammar and spelling. That's why I love this forum...there's always something to learn.

We've met at least a half a dozen times at different shows over the past four years, with conversations ranging from ten minutes to an hour in the exhibit hall, and up to three hours at outdoor tables and smoking tents afterward. Where do you think that pic came from? You insisted that I take it (along with several others that will never see the light of day.ToddJohnson wrote:
I didn't realize we'd ever met in person...
No, I said "we get along fine," which is quite a different thing than "friend." I guess the sarcasm wouldn't work without the substitution, though....but I'm glad to know that we're friends, what with us both "keepin' it real" and all.
Now I know what to have for dinner.ToddJohnson wrote:Mmmm . . . kale salad.
Hope this helps,

And "West L.A." would mean Shreveport Louisiana..
No doubt, but apparently not this time. The mechanism in play here was/is something quite separate and unrelated.NathanA wrote:People often think that when someone "keeps it real."but consistently prickly online.
