Build model wooden sailing ships.
My naughty kitten keeps stealing my stuff, like the little canons, clamps and tweezers, etc. Carries them off in her mouth and hides them somewhere.

Frank.

I fly fish a good bit and tie flies when I'm feeling froggy. Otherwise I drink beer and chase skirts
I mean, charm young ladies

I've got two old VW Beetles, my 68 and my girlfriend's 72, that I'm fixing up, as time allows.

The short list:
- brew beer
- make knives
- build furniture
- write software
- play guitar
- build mountain dulcimers
I've been asked what I *don't* do. Honestly, I used to think everyone was like that. I guess it's just the people I hang out with - I have on friend tat even designs and sells custom microprocessor-based equipment.

I love to fly fish, tie flies, and build fly rods.
Here's a handle I made for a 5-wt I built. The handle is mostly birch bark, with cocobolo and briar trim rings.

Nice shine on the VW, Robert. It must be a bugger to hold it up under your buffing wheel!

I snowboard - mostly carving too, play tennis, chase my children around. I'm an avid reader and just devour fantasy and sci-fi stuff. I'm trying to jog more, but darn its hard to get up that early.

At the rate he's writing, I'll be dead before he finishes "Ice & Fire". Someone should chain him to a writing desk.
