contemplating buying a pipe marked "frunk" anyone heard of it?

Hey Church,
Are you sure it's not a Frank. There was a pipe company (I think around the early part of last century) that was called "Frank," not Wally Frank or Frank Medico, just "Frank." Usually the stamp on this pipe was in script with an uppercase "F" but I've sometimes seen them where the middle "a" looks like a "u" because it just wasn't stamped correctly or the letter was rubbed off on top.

Franks are a personal favorite of mine (as we share the same namesake) and I love it when I can share how to spot a good bargain with my fellow pipe "collectors." :lol:
