Re: 42-12 'Gear-Punk 2.0'
I'm sorry Nate- this time you went off the deep end. If this pipe EVER leaves your clutches it'll ruin yer' reputation as a pipemaker. Just send it my way, nobody important will see it in the middle of nowhere Montana. I promise to destroy it in a humane fashion.
Hope this helps,

Is that a pipe or darth vader's penis? I need to know before I buy it and put it In My mouth. you are insane Nate. The Danish pipemakers guild will NEVER approve this design. Great looking pipe Nate! What is the material beneath the spring?

"Are those her ribs through which the sun
Did peer, as through a grate?
And is that Woman all her crew?
Is that a Death? and are there two?
Is Death that Woman’s mate?"
Coleridge would have bought that pipe, methinks.

I'm sorry Nate. This is entirely unacceptable. I mean, this pipe looks fine, but I checked your website. You've been putting out a lot of work that we here at the Pipe Maker's Forum have not seen posted in the gallery. I thought you understood that by joining this forum every pipe you make must first meet the approval of the committee enjoined here. I'm very disappointed. This time, the committee will allow this infraction to be overlooked. We've reached this conclusion after a super secret meeting which involved tea and biscuits to which you were, of course, not invited. Despite our forgiveness today, do not test us. We're watching you.
I have no idea who this is, but hey, it communicates the right emotion.

Really cool Nate. Did you "map" that out quite a bit before you built it, or did you just add to it as things came to your mind?

I have a good idea where I'm going when I begin, but I let the pipe tell me where it wants to go. Simple as that boys.UberHuberMan wrote:That's a really great question. Awesome. Nate your craftsmanship and innovation never ceases to amaze me. This is a stunning pipe.
The way to make people want to smoke your pipes is to develop a reputation for excellence in your work. This takes a lot of hard work and several years to accomplish, and there are no short cuts. You just have to keep at it. - Rad Davis
