The smaller pieces are boiled and dried, the largest are
Cutted some years ago and just airdried !
They have some differences in taste.

Yeah. They just recently discovered another big security breach that's possible only with Flash. But Apple decided from the beginning they wouldn't ever allow flash to work on mobile devices because of the inferior performance and security risks. Steve Jobs actually wrote an open letter to Adobe about it.
