How you got into pipe making: I love the look of pipe's so once I spotted a block of briar at my local wood supplier I went for it. The block I bought was plateau (no choice), and the stem I made from a ebonite rod I bought of ebay (vermont freehand).
Other interesting facts: I study Industrial productdesign, I have never done any woodworking before and I really enjoyed making my first pipe.
