does anyone know the proper prosedure fo folding sand paper onto a french wheel thanx Bob Clark

I think there's a link somewhere on here that shows sandpaper specifically designed for the french wheel, circular with wavy edges.
On some models available I've seen it suggested to simply push the metal ring over a normal sheet of sandpaper, lock it in place and trim the edges. That may just be for that particular model though. I wish I cul give you names or web addresses on som of this, but unfortunatley I (and my browser) have the memory span of a goldfish with alzheimers

Fold it in the opposite direction of the wheel's spin.
Or, you can use spray adhesive on both the wheel and sandpaper, cut V grooves and fold.
