It's a polycarbonate ! I Guess that's ABS, but not sure. It's very light-weight, shaves ,drills, and snds nicley....and for the price it really warrants some looking at, give it a shot. It takes awhile to get it, he makes it in small batches to order. He also makes the stuff for gun and knive scales...

Thanks buddy ! Sure looks like it does the trick....has me wanting to make the move from all hand and wheel. There the time factor and increase in the variety in shapes. What size machine do you mount that on?

Ah...I see Jack. I tryed though I screewed up, so the smoosh can be sanded crisp. I thought I screwd up and threw it away, and tryed a lighter hand the next time and thats what I got . So as the Buddha said the middle way. Thanks Anyone else have experience in this ?

Yes Craig,
I have as well. I'm not talking about stamping the pipe, I'm mean a marking onto the stem, filling with paint and sanding smooth.
As far as the pipe, keep at it I still get nauseous when it's time to stamp!
