I made the changes that Sasquatch suggested. I think it's a much better pipe. This forum ROCKS!!!
I removed material at the front of the bowl and I removed the taper on the shank. Now the shank is only .002 from end to end.
That's better. Now make the top of the bowl cant forward, instead of sloping it back so it is parallel with the shank. It looks like you drilled it with a proper cant, then didn't follow through with the rim. The rim should be perpendicular to the axis of the chamber on all 360 degrees.

Good info. I did not know the rim was supposed to be canted.
